Most retail calculators assume you sell an item to a stranger once. That is the wrong shape for a fitting boutique. Your economics run on a woman who was measured properly, bought two bras that fit, and comes back when the bands go. The first calculator puts a number on that: how much reorder revenue your fitted customer file is worth in a year, and what an extra few points of restock follow up adds to it.
The second is about the room rather than the money. Fitting capacity is not open hours, it is open hours divided by a fitting plus the reset and restock time nobody counts, capped by how many fitters are on the floor. Run it before you add a Saturday appointment slot or a third room, because the constraint is usually a person and not a curtain. Both tools show a working result immediately, so change the numbers to your own store and read it again.

This arithmetic gets done today on the back of a packing slip or not at all: the names in the card box multiplied by the share who come back for a second band in a year, times two bras a visit, times the blended ticket across core, full bust and post surgical styles, then margin worked out in your head while a delivery waits by the stockroom door. The other sum gets penciled on the schedule taped inside that door: open hours divided by a forty five minute fitting, with no line at all for the twelve minutes it takes to rehang eight bras by band and cup and pull the next armful. Written down properly, those two figures tell you whether to publish another Saturday slot, hire a second fitter, or leave the third room uncurtained for another season.

The reorder figure and the capacity figure lean on the same thing: records complete enough to name the women waiting on one band, cup and cut.
